Odd sleeping positions

I am always surprised at the way that Shelby ends up sleeping sometimes. I just wanted to post a few of my favorite pictures of her sleeping positions.

This picture was from February. It was when we were at my parents house. I think it's funny when she has her arms up in the air when she's
sleeping.

Shelby used to stick both her legs out of the crib. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of that.

You can't tell in this picture but Shelby is sticking both her legs straight up in the air. It's kind of funny.

The blanket got stuffed underneath her and so her butt was sticking up. I can't believe she can sleep like that.

This is my favorite. Shelby loves this pink bear, I think it's cute that she's using him as a pillow.

Shelby's #1. . . Birthday that is!

Today is Shelby's first birthday. I can't believe that it has been that long! This year has flown by! I just thought that I would post some pictures of her party. I thought it was a success, we had a lot of fun.

I made this cake for Shelby with two of my YW.

Shelby got a lot of toys, which I was surprised about and here she is playing with her friends. This toy is one that my sister got for her. She has already figured out how to push it!

This dress is a present from Grandma and Grandpa Frisby. She looked so pretty in it. She got a lot of complements at church.

Trip to Alabama

As many of you probably know my great-grandma turned 100 and we all took a trip to Alabama to celebrate with her. It was a great experience that I wish Jordan could have been there to enjoy with us. Anyway, He will probably have another opportunity because she is not going anywhere anytime soon. She says that she wants to do it all again next year. I told Jordan that we better start saving now!

This picture above is of Elva May Cook after she received her honorary diploma from high school. She said that she didn't graduated because she was having too much fun!
This picture Below is is of my mom's family including her cousins and Aunt and Uncle.
My great-grandmother was interviewed on a radio show that was based in Seattle. She grew up outside of Seattle and lived there for a few years before she moved to Alabama. Here is the link to the interview. It is really funny. Just click the link and type in Elva Cook.
